1.1. Bibloid service is an Internet resource consisting of a set of computer programs and other functional elements, permanently located on the domain name https://bibloid.com, with with which the user is invited to order reference and bibliographic services according to the criteria specified by him.
1.2. Reference and bibliographic service - organizing a search for literature on the topic of the user's educational or scientific work and compiling a recommendatory list of literature according to the parameters specified by the User.
1.3. Operator of the Bibloid Service - the owner of the site / administrator of the domain bibloid.com INKOMPROM LTD, which is a legal entity established under the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, human@bibloid.com.
1.4. User - a natural person with legal capacity and legal capacity who is a visitor to the Bibloid Service website and / or uses the Bibloid Service for personal, educational, scientific or informational purposes.
2.1. This Bibloid Service User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the User Agreement) defines the terms of use of the Service, as well as the rights and obligations of its Users and the Bibloid Service Operator.
2.2. This User Agreement is a legally binding agreement between the User and the Operator of the Bibloid Service, the subject of which is the provision by the Operator of the Bibloid Service to the User of access to the use of the Bibloid Service and its functionality by ordering reference and bibliographic services performed by professional librarians. Relationships between the Bibloid Service Operator and the User that are not regulated by this User Agreement are governed by Privacy Policy.
2.3. The Privacy Policy establishes the basis for processing the User's data, which he/she may transfer to the Operator of the Bibloid Service in the course of its use.
2.4. The User is obliged to fully familiarize himself with this User Agreement before using the Bibloid Service, as well as with the Privacy Policy. Submission by the User of an application for the provision of reference and bibliographic services, the fact of using any functions, software capabilities and materials of the Bibloid Service, as well as simply browsing the website of the Bibloid Service means the full and unconditional acceptance by the User of this User Agreement.
2.5. This User Agreement may be changed and / or supplemented by the Bibloid Service Operator unilaterally without any special notice. This User Agreement is an open and public document, the current version of which is posted on the Bibloid Service website at: https://bibloid.com/terms.html. Continued use of the Bibloid Service by the User after making changes and / or additions to the User Agreement and other documents governing the relationship between the User and the Operator of the Bibloid Service and specified in clause 2.2. of the User Agreement, means the acceptance and consent of the User with such changes and / or additions.
2.6. In case of disagreement of the User with this User Agreement or its amendments, as well as with the provisions and / or amendments to those specified in clause 2.2. of the User Agreement documents, the User is obliged to refuse to use the Bibloid Service website and the Service itself.
3.1. The Bibloid service is intended solely for personal non-commercial use in educational, scientific or informational purposes and is provided to the User on free of charge, except as provided in this User Agreement. agreement.
3.2. Conditions for using the functionality by order of reference and bibliographic services.
3.2.1. Registration of an application for the provision of reference and bibliographic services is carried out by formation by the User of a search query through a special form on the website of the Service Bibloid, entering an e-mail address (email) and paying for a reference and bibliographic services in a non-cash form.
3.2.2. In the application for reference and bibliographic services, the User indicates the type and topic of your work, additional information about it, field of knowledge or specialty, number, age and language of sources, as well as other information necessary for the execution of the assignment User information, according to the application form. The user is solely responsible for providing incorrect and / or inaccurate information of the search query, which entailed delay and/or inability to provide reference and bibliographic services.
3.2.3. Drawing up a bibliographic list according to the parameters set by the User, carried out by professional bibliographers in terms that are automatically calculated when filling out the application form, depending on the parameters of the search query.
3.2.4. The cost of reference and bibliographic services as specified by the User parameters are indicated in the application form on the website of the Bibloid Service and are paid by the User in a non-cash form by pressing the "Pay" button, after which the User automatically is redirected to the payment page of the applicable payment system.
3.2.5. After payment is received, the data of the User's search query is transmitted professional bibliographers to search for literature on the topic of educational or scientific work of the User and compilation of a recommended list of references according to the given User parameters (provision of reference and bibliographic services).
3.2.6. A recommended list of references, formed in accordance with the parameters, specified by the User, is sent to the User's e-mail address in the period determined in the order of paragraph.n. 3.2.4 of the User Agreement, and together with information from the application form specified by the User is openly posted (distributed) on the website of the Bibloid Service and/or in the social networks of the projects of the Operator of the Bibloid Service on terms of the Creative Commons CC BY 4.0 open license.
3.2.7. Using the functionality of the Bibloid Service by order of the reference and bibliographic service, the User acknowledges and agrees to the placement (distribution) recommendatory lists of references compiled on the topics specified by the User and parameters, on the website of the Bibloid Service and/or in the social networks of the projects of the Service Operator Bibloid to introduce other users.
3.3. When using the Bibloid Service and its website, it is prohibited:

3.3.2. 3.3.4. Using the Bibloid Service and its website in any other way than through the interface, provided by the Operator of the Bibloid Service, except in cases where such actions were expressly permitted to the User in accordance with a separate written agreement with Bibloid Service Operator.
4.1. Under no circumstances shall Bibloid Service Operator be liable to by the User or any third parties for any direct, indirect, unintentional damage, including lost profits or lost data, damage to honor, dignity or business reputation caused in connection with the User's use of the Bibloid Service and/or reference and bibliographic information obtained as a result of using the Service bibloid.
4.2. Bibloid Service Operator is not responsible for the content of literature (materials) and / or their sources (including those posted on the Internet) corresponding to the search at the request of the User and included in the recommended list of literature, since not carries out their legal assessment in terms of compliance with regulatory restrictions dissemination of information on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria or such restrictions, established on the territory of foreign states.
4.3. The operator of the Bibloid Service does not carry out legal examination of literature (materials) and / or their sources that match the User's search query, and does not bear liability for violations of the exclusive and other rights of third parties that may arise as a result of the User's actions to use the Bibloid Service and/or the result of reference and bibliographic services according to the parameters set by the User. Any claims related to the protection of the exclusive and other rights of third parties in relation to literature (materials) included in the User's recommended literature list, received by the Operator of the Bibloid Service will be redirected to the User or another to a known person placing such literature (materials) and/or functioning of the source on the Internet.

5.1. This User Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria.
