Data Protection Guidelines of Bibloid services

Personal Data Protection Guidelines (hereinafter referred to as "Policy") are applied to all information that INKOMPROM LTD (the owner and operator of the Bibloid — Intelligent Research Assistant) and / or its affiliates can receive about the User while using any of the sites, services, works, products of INKOMPROM LTD (hereinafter referred to as Services, Bibloid Services), including but not limited to, and also during the execution of any agreements and contracts with the User of Bibloid Services by INKOMPROM LTD.

INKOMPROM LTD and its affiliated entities pay special attention to the privacy protection of personal data of the Users of the Bibloid Services, therefore this Policy states:

The use of any Bibloid Service means the User's complete consent with the terms of processing of his/her personal data set forth in this Policy. In the event of disagreement with this Policy, the User shall refrain from using the Services. When processing personal data of Users, INKOMPROM LTD is guided by the Federal Law of the Republic of Bulgaria and other applicable legislation.

1. Which User data are processed

1.1. Personal data are any information related to an individual.

1.2. Personal data of the User that are processed in accordance with this Policy include the following data:

1.2.1. Data that the User provides about himself/herself when registering (creating an account, including by accessing the Services through accounts of other online services) or during the use of the Bibloid Services (for example, name, age, email, etc.).

1.2.2. Data that is automatically transferred to the Bibloid Services when using it with the software installed on the user's device, including the IP address, cookie data, information about the User's browser (or other program through which the Service is accessed), technical characteristics of the equipment and software used by the User, the date and time of access to the Services, the addresses of the requested pages, and other such information.

1.2.3. Other information about the User, processing of which is stipulated by the terms of use of certain Bibloid Services.

1.3. INKOMPROM LTD does not verify the authenticity of personal data provided by the User. Using the Bibloid Services and registering on the relevant sites, the User guarantees the accuracy and completeness of the information provided.

2. Processing purpose of User data

2.1. The personal information of the User of the Bibloid Services is processed for purposes of:

2.1.1. Identification of the User within the Services, agreements and contracts with INKOMPROM LTD, for the execution of which it is necessary;

2.1.2. Provision of Personalized Services to the User and execution of agreements and contracts with the User;

2.1.3. Communication with the User, including the sending of notifications, requests and information regarding the use of the Services, the execution of agreements and contracts, and the processing of requests and applications from the User;

2.1.4. Improvement of the quality of the Services and their functionality and developement of new Services;

2.1.5. Targeting of advertising materials;

2.1.6. Conducting statistical and other studies based on impersonal data.

3. Methods, procedure and conditions for processing User data

3.1. INKOMPROM LTD collects only those data that the User independently provides when registering in the Bibloid Services or using them through accounts of other online services, as well as User data that are automatically transferred to the Bibloid Services in the course of their use (cookies and others specified in section 6 of the Policy).

3.2. INKOMPROM LTD stores personal data of the User in accordance with internal regulations.

3.3. Personal data of the User is stored in confidentiality, except for cases when the User provides a certain part of data about himself for general access to an unlimited number of parties, carried out with his/her voluntary consent when using separate Bibloid Services or their additional functionality.

4. Transfer conditions of User data to third parties

4.1. Personal data of the User is transferred to third parties in the following cases:

4.1.1. The user has consented to such actions;

4.1.2. The transfer is necessary for the User to use the specific Bibloid Service (its separate functions) or for the performance of a certain agreement or contract with the User;

4.1.3. If the User uses services affiliated with the entities of INKOMPROM LTD or with partners of the latter that are technologically connected with the Bibloid Service or are a part thereof, the User's personal information may be transferred to such persons for processing on the terms and for the purposes specified in the User Agreement of the respective services.

4.1.4. The transfer is required within Republic of Bulgaria or other applicable legislation;

4.1.5. Depersonalized personal data about the User collected for statistical and other research / measurement purposes may be transferred to a third party for conducting research, performing works or rendering services on behalf of INKOMPROM LTD;

4.1.6. INKOMPROM LTD provides access to the User's personal data only to those employees, affiliates and partners (contractors, agents) of the company who need this information to provide the Bibloid Service to the User.

5. Storage, modification and deletion of User data

5.1. The User can at any time completely or partially change the personal data provided to the Servive by using the function of editing the account in the personal cabinet of the Bibloid Services, and also request INKOMPROM LTD information on what personal data of the User are processed by the company when using the Bibloid Services, as well as demand a copy of such data and/or request to transfer such data to a party, indicated by the User, by contacting the contact addresses, specified in clause 9.1. of the Policy.

5.2. The User can at any time delete personal data provided by him/her at registration in the Bibloid Services by deleting the account. However, this may entail the inability to use some of the Bibloid Services or related services of partners.

5.3. Personal data of the User are stored throughout the use of the account or the Services of Bibloid which do not require registration, as well as the operation of agreements and contracts with the User. The end of the use of the Bibloid Service account is the moment when the user deletes the account.

6. Cookie, counters and social networks

6.1. When providing Bibloid Services to the User, cookies may be used to automatically collect information about the use of the Services. Data collected with the help of cookies are used to provide the User with personalized Services, improve them, target advertising, as well as for statistical and research purposes.

6.2. Use of certain Bibloid Services may be possible only on the condition that the reception and receipt of cookies are authorized by the User. If the User prohibits the reception/receipt of cookies by changing the browser settings, access to the functionality or the Bibloid Services that require the use of cookies may be restricted.

6.3. The counters placed in the Bibloid Services can be used to analyze the User's cookies, to collect and process statistical information about the use of the Services, and to ensure the serviceability of the Services as a whole or their individual functions in particular. Technical parameters of the counters are determined by INKOMPROM LTD and can be changed without prior notice of the User.

6.4. Within the framework of the Bibloid Services, there are social network elements such as the "I like" buttons, and widgets such as the "Share" button or interactive mini-programs. Such Elements may register the User's IP address, information about the use of the Bibloid Services by the User, and also store cookies for the proper functioning of such items and widgets. The interaction of the User with such ones is governed by the privacy policy of the company that provides them.

7. Measures to protect the User's data

7.1. INKOMPROM LTD takes necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect the User's personal data and confidential information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions of third parties.

7.2. If there are instances of misuse of the User's personal data specified in clause 7.1. of the Politicy, INKOMPROM LTD will immediately inform the User by the email specified by him/her within registering at the Bibloid Services.

8. Change in Policy, applicable law

8.1. INKOMPROM LTD has the right to make changes to this Policy. When making changes to the current version, the date of the last update is indicated. The new version of the Policy shall come into force from the moment of its posting, unless otherwise provided by the new edition of the Policy. The current version is constantly available on URL:

8.2. The law of the Republic of Bulgaria shall apply to this Policy and the relations regulated by it, as well as other applicable legislation.
